Frequently asked questions

Dinners

How are dinner guests chosen?

We balance each table between founders raising, investors deploying and allocators. Members are considered first; everyone else can request a seat.

General

What is AIInvestCon?

AIInvestCon is a curated calendar of AI investment events: conferences, summits, demo days, pitch competitions, LP meetings, accelerator deadlines and investor dinners. Every event is rated for Investor Density, and a free weekly newsletter highlights the ones worth attending.

What is Investor Density?

Investor Density is our 1–5 rating of how many active check-writers attend an event, built from attendee surveys and verified attendee data rather than organizer claims. See the full method.

Is it free?

Yes. The calendar and the weekly newsletter are free. Membership adds a personal calendar, attendance signals, pass discounts and priority dinner seats.

How do I list my event?

Use the event submission form. Basic listings are free and reviewed within two business days. We list events where AI companies meet capital.

Can I use AIInvestCon data?

Yes, with attribution. The upcoming events are available as JSON and as a calendar feed. Please link to the event page when you cite a rating.

Investor Density

How often are ratings updated?

After every edition of an event, as new attendee surveys and attendee lists come in.

For organizers

How long does review take?

Two business days. You get an email when your event is live.

Do paid listings get better ratings?

No. Featured listings are labelled and get more visibility, but payment never changes an Investor Density rating.

For sponsors

Who reads AIInvestCon?

AI founders, venture investors, angels, LPs and corporate development teams deciding which events to attend. Ask for current audience numbers in your inquiry.

Does sponsorship influence coverage?

No. Sponsors are clearly labelled and never see or influence ratings or editorial picks.
